Nalini is the Lead for Human Capital Consulting at Indigo and specializes in Human Resources Leadership, Organizational Assessment and Effectiveness, Learning and Development Tools, Psychometric Testing, and Team Building. She is skilled at group facilitation and her background in Psychology enables her to forge consensus among people with diverging ideas and opinions.

Nalini has consulted extensively with Corporates in India, the Middle East and North America, spanning Automotive, Heavy Machinery, Higher Education, Agritech, Non-profit sectors. Over the course of her 27-year career, she has effectively used Psychometric tools and techniques to improve employee morale, boost productivity and achieve organization objectives.

Early in her career, Nalini worked with renowned industry psychologist Dr. Amirtha Besant Raj to develop HOPE tests that enable organizations to hire the right people for the right job. These tests, comprising of IQ, Aptitude and Personality evaluative exercises, have been administered to company executives in India, Canada, and the Middle East, and have become an integral part of the hiring processes at some of her consulting clients.

Nalini is also an entrepreneur and is the co-founder of Indigo Global Trading that supplies a line of consumer food products to retail and distribution chains in North America. She also launched a confectionery brand, Swirly’s and is responsible for the brand’s steady growth in Canada.

A resident of Mississauga, Ontario, Nalini enjoys spending quality family time with family. She enjoys reading, baking, domestic and international travel, and meeting with people from different backgrounds.
