Kamalesh is a sales and marketing leader with over 30 years of commercial experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. He comes with a strong consumer and customer focus gained from leadership roles across global markets in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. He has led several cross-cultural, multi-functional project teams and launched initiatives in food, laundry, fabric dyes, household cleaning, healthcare, plant care, shoe care and insect control categories.

Kamalesh has a demonstrated history of delivering revenue and profit growth by heading innovation pipelines and leading global launches at multinationals such as Glaxo SmithKline, Kellogg, Reckitt Benckiser, Campbell Soup and in private equity backed companies.

He is the co-founder and CEO of H2H Retail Solutions Limited, a UK-based consulting firm providing innovative solutions to business challenges that companies face in reaching consumers across global markets.

A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, one of India’s premier business schools, he lives in Windsor, United Kingdom with his wife and two children. Kamalesh has high energy, is constantly curious about things, is a natural foodie and is widely travelled.
