Yogi is a management consultant who specializes in international trade, market entry strategies, market research, and B2B and consumer marketing. He is an analytical thinker with a history of assessing complex situations and providing meaningful insights to clients after a rigorous analysis. At Indigo he is responsible for working closely with clients, overseeing market research projects, and identifying potential partners in target markets. Yogi works closely with consulting teams in different countries to ensure client delivery expectations are met.

He has diverse work experience in the government, media, healthcare, and consumer goods sectors. As an Export Advisor with the Ontario Ministry of International Trade, he has provided export advisory services to clients based in Ontario, assisting them with export enquiries and enabling them to enter global markets. He has enabled a Canadian nutraceutical company to successfully enter the Indian market and advised them on go-to-market approach, strategic partnerships, and product marketing in the target market.

Yogi has deep knowledge of the Indian market and the local business ecosystem due to a long stint as a business journalist with Mint, one of India’s leading business publications. He is also a contributing author of ‘The New Age Entrepreneurs’, a collection of success stories of first-generation Indian entrepreneurs, published by Random House in 2012.

Yogi has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Strategy and Marketing and was a UN Foundation Global Issues Press Fellow in 2014. He is a resident of Toronto and is a culturally curious individual with an avid interest in food history, adventure sports, traveling and photography.
